We take care of showing your home to buyers, take all calls, schedule appointments and arrange for other agents to show your home.

Provide any feedback that is obtained.

Review Market Activity

You can call, email or text anytime with questions / concerns.

 

OFFER

I'll schedule an appointment to review the agreement along with any contingencies.

Ensure the Buyer is properly pre-approved.

Negotiate the agreement on your behalf.

Coordinate all aspects of the transaction (inspections, appraisal, mortgage , title, deed prep, municipal certs etc...)

Oversee all the paperwork and supervise the settlement process.

Attend closing.
