As a Real Estate Broker covering all of Bucks and surrounding counties, I can attest that we've had more than our fair share of days impacted by the weather this winter. Snow and ice tend to wreck havoc on peoples schedules when it comes to work, kids not having school and looking to sell or buy a house. When the weather is this bad, some folks simply can't get out. However, even with all the snow days this winter, the Real Estate market is moving in a positive direction.

Bucks County Real Estate saw an increase for January-February this year in pended sales (homes going under contract) of about 12% from the same period last year while the average days on market dropped from 111 days to 93 days. So even with the terrible weather, more homes are selling in Bucks County and selling more quickly!
